During the pandemic, as well as for your convenience, ACE Mentality is utilizing HIPAA compliant and

easy-to-use Telehealth appointments, which includes the audio and video capability you can access with just one click.  A new patient or current patient can request a Telehealth appointment - all we need is your email address upon scheduling the appointment.  Once  your insurance is verified and the appointment is scheduled, a secure e-mail will be sent to the patient.  Our office will also ask you if you would like to receive a reminder

e-mail, text message or recorded phone message.  Upon the day and time of the appointment, the patient clicks on the link in the email for their online visit, they enter an online waiting room to wait for their appointment to begin.  This is incredibly convenient for busy parents, students and professionals as you no longer will be stuck in traffic, request time off from work or figure out transportation!
